On 5 December 2019 a Petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court by DMR Exports Limited, a company (number SC527747) having its registered office at c/o Campbell Dallas LLP, Titanium One, Kings Inch Place, Renfrew PA4 8WF craving the court inter alia to order that DMR Exports Limited be wound up by the court and to appoint Richard Gardiner, Thomson Cooper, Accounts, 3 Castle Court, Carnegia Campus, Dunfermline KY11 8PB as Interim Liquidator. On 8 January 2020 the court appointed a copy of the Petition to be advertised in the Edinburgh Gazette and Metro newspapers and ordained DMR Exports Limited and any other person interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
