A Petition to wind up the above-named company of DMJ Logistics Ltd (08122687) of Curdworth House, Kingsbury Road, Curdworth, Sutton Coldfield B76 9EE, whose nature of business is 49410 Freight transport by road, presented on Friday 28 February 2025, at 10:00 by THE RIGHT FUELCARD COMPANY LIMITED, of Suite 1a, 1 The Embankment, Leeds LS1 4DW claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds LS1 2RP on Tuesday 08 April 2025, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
