NOTICE is hereby given that on 30 April 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by MKM Building Supplies Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Stoneferry Road, Hull, HU8 8DE craving the Court inter alia that DMHomeSolutions Limited, a company registered under the Companies Acts (Company No: SC591182) and having its registered office at 82 4/2 Templeton Street, Glasgow G40 1EE be wound up by the Court and that Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Alistair McAlinden, Chartered Accountants and Qualified Insolvency Practitioners, KPMG LLP, 319 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow be appointed as joint interim liquidators; and in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow, by Interlocutor dated 30 April 2019 appointed any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sheriff Clerk’s Office, PO Box 23, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
