Notice is hereby given that on 10 November 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by DL Strategic Consulting Limited craving the Court inter alia that DL Strategic Consulting Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company number SC454251 and having their Registered Office at Thistle House 2nd Floor, 24 Thistle Street, Aberdeen AB10 1XD (“the Company”), should be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed, following upon which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 10 November 2020 appointed all persons having an interest if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
