At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3RD on 8 October 2018 at 2.15 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sarah Cook (IP No. 18750) and Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
