Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of the shareholders of the Company will be held at 23 Ronald Close, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 3HX on 27 January 2022 at 10.00 am for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following Special and Ordinary Resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Elliott (IP No. 8595) and Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that any power conferred on them by law or by this resolution, may be exercised and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by them, maybe done by them jointly or by each of them alone."
