A petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is situate at Austin House, 43 Poole Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH4 9DN, presented on the 26th February 2019 by PHONE-PAID SERVICES AUTHORITY LIMITED of 40 Bank Street, 25th Floor, Canary Wharf, London E14 5NR, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on the 08th May 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
