"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Annette Menzies, of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Ltd, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up"
