Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed in writing pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 13 of the Companies Act 2006 on 1 October 2021 as Special and Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Edward Robert Bines (IP No. 24730) of Kroll Advisory Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG and Stephen Gerard Clancy (IP No. 8950) of Kroll Advisory Ltd, The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator is to be done by them jointly or by any one of them."
