Special resolution

1 That the Company be wound up voluntarily in accordance with Chapter III and Part IV of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Ordinary resolutions

2 That Neil David Gostelow and Stephen John Absolom of lnterpath Advisory, 10 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7QS, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

3 Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the liquidator may be done by one of them.
