A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Discovery Industrial Services Limited (01311980) of 17 Hanover Square, Mayfair, London, W1S 1BN, whose nature of business is Manufacture of other machine tools and Other specialised construction activities not elsewhere classified, presented on 14 May 2019 by SALZGITTER MANNESMANN STAHLHANDEL SP Z.O.O. (A Company incorporated under the laws of the Poland) of Poznanska 41 62-400 Slupca Poland claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS on Thursday 8 August 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
