Notice is hereby given that on 4 May 2017 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy by James Scott and Sons (Kitchen Equipment) Ltd having its registered office at Glenfuir Works, Portdownie, Falkirk, FK1 4QY craving the Court inter alia, that Discovery Architectural Design and Build Services Ltd having its registered office at 12 Tanna Drive, Glenrothes, Fife, KY7 6FX (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy by interlocutor dated 12 May 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Paisley, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and eo die appointed Gerard Anthony Friar and Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Insolvency Practitioners, both of KPMG LLP, 319 St Vincent Plaza, Glasgow, G2 5AS to be provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
