"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Upton (IP No. 9594) and David Scrivener (IP No. 15690) both of Ensors Accountants LLP, The Platinum Building, St John’s Innovation Park, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0DS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
