Notice is hereby given that on 28 July 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Livingston Sheriff Court by Anesco Limited, The Green, Easter Park, Benyon Road, Reading, craving the Court inter alia that DIRECT SAVINGS (SCOTLAND) LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC395778) and having it’s registered office at 6 Old Deans Road, Bathgate, West Lothian, EH48 1JU (the "Company") be wound up by the Court and Ian Wright, Insolvency Practitioner of Quantuma LLP, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB be appointed as interim liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Livingston by interlocutor of 28 July 2020 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston Sheriff Court, West Lothian Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingston EH54 6FF within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
