At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened, and held at Regus Building, Central Boulevard, Blythe Valley Business Park, Solihull, B90 8AG on 30 November 2016, the following resolutions were passed, No 1 as a Special Resolution and No 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily”; and

2. “That Andrew Watling and Carl Jackson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally”.
