We, Andrew Mackenzie (IP No. 009581) and Laura Baxter (IP No. 25350) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Unit 8B, Marina Court, Castle Street, Hull, HU1 1TJ respectively were appointed as Joint Administrators of the Company on 22 January 2021.

The Joint Administrators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to preferential creditors of the Company. It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 3 February 2022 (“the last date for proving”) to deliver their proofs of debt to the Joint Administrators, whose contact details are below.
