“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew J Cordon (IP No. 009687) and James O Everist (IP No. 22710) both of CFS Restructuring LLP, 22 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company."
