Take note that a Winding Up Petition ("petition") has been presented on 9 November 2018 against Digion Trading Ltd ("the company") by DALE FARM LIMITED of Dale Farm House, 15 Daragan Road, Belfast, Co Antrim BT3 9LS and pursuant to a court order dated 5 February 2019 the court has ordered that service of the petition be effected by advertisement in The London Gazette and Birmingham Mail. Such service shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of the said petition seven days after date of advertisement.

The said petition will be heard at Birmingham District Registry, Birmingham Priory Courts, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, West Midlands B4 6DS on 4 March 2019 at 10.00 am.
