“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire L Dwyer (IP No. 9329) of Jones Lowndes Dwyer LLP, 4 The Stables, Wilmslow Road, Didsbury, Manchester, M20 5PG be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
