Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 22 January 2020 as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Colin Ian Vickers and Philip Harris both of FRP Advisory LLP, Suite 2, 2nd Floor, Phoenix House, 32 West Street, Brighton, BN1 2RT be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."

At a subsequent meeting of creditors the appointment of Colin Ian Vickers and Philip Harris as Liquidators was not confirmed, and Stephen John Adshead of Smith & Williamson LLP, 4th Floor Cumberland House, 15-17 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2BG and Henry Anthony Shinners of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY (IP Nos. 8574 and 9280) were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
