“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Jeremy Woodside (IP No. 9515) and Gary Bell (IP No. 8710) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Third Floor, 196 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 3WF be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them.”
