NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution of the members of the above-named entities on 27 February 2020 the following special resolutions were passed:

That the Limited Liability Partnership/Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joint Liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up.

The entities also passed the following ordinary resolution:
