"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Umang Patel (IP No. 18790) of Neum Insolvency, Suite 9, Amba House, 15 College Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 1BA and Jeremy Karr (IP No. 9540) of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, 24 Conduit Place, London, W2 1EP be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up."
