At a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NS on 20 February 2017 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter Hughes-Holland and Chris Newell, both of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Buckinghamshire SL7 1NS, (IP Nos 1700 and 13690) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.” At a subsequent meeting of Creditors, duly convened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on 20 February 2017, the appointment of Peter Hughes-Holland and Chris Newell was confirmed.
