At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS on 18 September 2018 at 10.30 am, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) and Philip Edward Pierce (IP No. 9364) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
