"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rishi Karia,(IP No. 15890) of Platinum Restructuring Services Limited, 1st Floor Venture House, 6 Silver Court, Watchmead, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL7 1TS be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company."
