A Petition to wind up the above named Company of 130-132 Uxbridge Road, Hanwell, London, W7 3SL, presented on 2 July 2019 by the Company acting by John David Hedger of Seneca IP Limited, Speedwell Mill, Old Coach Road, Tansley, Matlock, DE4 5FY, the Supervisor of the failed Company Voluntary Arrangement of the Company will be heard on 14 August 2019 at 10:30 am at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL (or as soon thereafter that the Petition can be heard).
