A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 6 November 2019 by EXERTIS (UK) LTD of Technology House, Magnesium Way, Hapton, Burnley BB12 7BF claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of D3 Broadoak Business Park, Ashburton Lane, Trafford Park, Manchester M17 1RW will be heard at the Manchester Business and Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ at 10:00 am on Monday 6 January 2020 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16:00 hours on Friday 3 January 2020.
