“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Oprey (IP No. 5814) and Elias Paourou (IP No. 9096) both of CVR Global LLP, First Floor, 16/17 Boundary Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 4AN be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
