"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Derek Neil Hyslop (IP No. 9970) and Trevor Oates (IP No. 26290) both of Ernst & Young LLP, 1 Bridgewater Place, Water Lane, Leeds, LS11 5QR be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up."
