Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.106A(2) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that a Liquidator Imogen Kent, of Apollo Insolvency Limited, Unit 5 Tanners Yard, 7-9 London Road, Bagshot, GU19 5HD, (IP No. 14550) has been appointed to the Company by the Secretary of State on 19 December 2016. Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that the Liquidator has summoned a general meeting of the Company’s creditors for the purpose of considering the following resolutions: Establishing a creditors’ committee pursuant to section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986, or in the event that a committee is not established; “That the Liquidator’s remuneration be fixed by reference to the time properly given by the Liquidator and her staff in attending to matters arising in the Winding Up of the Company’s estate, subject to a maximum quoted amount of £50,440” and “That the Liquidator may draw third party disbursements, relating to the Winding Up, from the Company’s estate.” The meeting will be held at Unit 5 Tanners Yard, 7-9 London Road, Bagshot, GU19 5HD on 16 February 2017 at 11.00 am.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies with the Liquidator at Unit 5 Tanners Yard, 7-9 London Road, Bagshot, GU19 5HD by no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if this has not previously been submitted).
