A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Dexter Holdings Ltd (12640462) Dalton House, 1 Hawksworth Street, Ilkley, England, LS29 9DU, whose nature of business is the sale of household items and electronic goods to consumers, presented on 10 January 2022 by ARROW XL LIMITED of Martland Mill Lane, Wigan, WN5 0LZ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 22 February 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on Monday 21 February 2022.
