A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Dexon Limited (10472598) of 54 Broadfields Avenue Edgware HA8 8SW, previously of 923 Finchley Road, London, NW11 7PE (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is an Advertising Agency, presented on 9 March 2020 by BRUERN LLP C/O Critchleys, Beaver House, 23-28 Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX1 2EP claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, 7 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 29 April 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
