"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Michael John Berry (IP No. 9605) and Timothy John Edward Dolder (IP No. 9008) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 20 Chapel Street, Liverpool, L3 9AG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
