“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Craig Povey and Richard Toone, both of CVR Global LLP, Three Brindleyplace, 2nd Floor, Birmingham, B1 2JB, (IP Nos: 9665 and 9146) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
