"That the company be wound-up voluntarily and that Scott Christian Bevan (IP No. 9614) and Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) both of Mazars LLP, 45 Church Street, Birmingham, B3 2RT be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
