A Petition to wind-up the above-named Company (CRN: 01008289) of First Floor, Woodgate Studios, 2-8 Games Road, Cockfosters, Barnet, EN4 9HN presented by DESILU ESTATES LIMITED - in Liquidation (CRN: 02241173) of 1 Kings Avenue, Winchmore Hill, London, N21 3NA (acting by its Joint Liquidators Jamie Taylor and Ninos Koumettou), claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business & Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 19 August 2019 at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
