"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michelle Elliot (IP No. 22750) and Stuart Robb (IP No. 19450) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
