We, Julian Pitts (IP No. 007851) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Fourth Floor, Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds, LS1 2HJ and Nicola Baker (IP No. 15852) of Rushtons Insolvency Limited, 3 Merchant’s Quay, Ashley Lane, Shipley, BD17 7DB were appointed as Joint Administrators on 14 December 2017 and 25 November 2019 respectively.

The Joint Administrators intend to declare and distribute a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company by virtue of the prescribed part fund of any net floating charge property. The amount of the prescribed part is ÂŁ29,575.38. It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 1 April 2020. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared.

The creditors of the Company, unless they have already done so, are required on or before 1 April 2020 ("the last date for proving") to deliver their proofs of debt to the Joint Administrators, whose contact details are below.
