This notice is given by the liquidator, Richard Frank Simms , office holder number (9252) of Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrooke Parva, Leicestershire, LE17 5FB who was appointed on 20 September 2019, and is to inform creditors that the liquidator intends to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above company.

Creditors who have not yet lodged their proof of debt should do so in writing to the office of the undersigned Richard Frank Simms of FA Simms & Partners Limited, Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrooke Parva, Leicestershire, LE17 5FB, by 23 February 2022. Creditors who do not prove by that date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.

It is the liquidator's intention to declare this dividend no later than 2 months from the last date for proving.
