“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jamie Playford (IP No. 9735) of Leading Corporate Recovery, The Gateway, 83-87 Pottergate, Norwich, NR2 1DZ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
