At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at The Old Chapel, 14 Fairview Drive, Redland, Bristol, BS6 6PH on 29 June 2021 at 10.00 am, the following resolutions were passed as as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Graham Randall (IP No. 9051) and Louise Durkan (IP No. 25010) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, Vintry Building, Wine Street, Bristol, BS1 1BD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them."
