A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Dernnaro Ltd (05526393) of 52 Penny Lane, Liverpool L18 1DG, presented on Friday 13 October 2017, at 00:00 by HEN HOUSE (WHOLESALE) LTD, of The Henhouse, Elliott Street, Preston PR1 7XN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Monday 04 December 2017, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
