A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company of Palladium House, 1-4 Argyll Street, London, W1F 7LD presented on 4 August 2022 by Mr Paul Allen (in his capacity as Personal Representative of Igor Protasov, Russian Bankruptcy Manager of Mr Khadzhi-Murat Derev) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Rolls Building, London, EC4A 1NL on 21 September 2022 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
