At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 68 Ship Street, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1AE on 5 July 2017, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Peter Edward Knight and William Jeremy Jonathan Knight of Jeremy Knight & Co LLP be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."

At the subsequent meeting of creditors the appointment of Simon Peter Edward Knight and William Jeremy Jonathan Knight was not confirmed, and Joylan Sunnassee (IP No. 10470) of BBK Partnership, 1 Beauchamp Court, Victors Way, Barnet, Hertfordshire, EN5 5TZ was appointed as Liquidator.
