"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Goldstein (IP No. 12532) and Avner Radomsky (IP No. 12290) both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ be and is hereby appointed Joint Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up."
