Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 17 February 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hayley Maddison of Maidment Judd be and she is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

At the subsequent physical meetings of creditors held on 17 February 2020, Michael Pallott and Adam Harris (IP Nos 023650 and 015454) both of Mazars LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine's Way, London, E1W 1DD were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.
