“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenny R Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1 Lochrin Square, 92-98 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA, (IP Nos. 8368 and 8584) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they act jointly and severally.”
