A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Delta Section Ltd (10950061) of Flat 5, 38 Tregonwell Road, Bournemouth BH2 5NT, Flat 5, 38 Tregonwell Road, Bournemouth BH2 5NT (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 35110 - production of electricty and also the other objects as stated in the Memorandum of Association of the Company, presented on Thursday 23 January 2020, at 10:30 by M.K.M. BUILDING SUPPLIES LIMITED, of Stoneferry Road, Hull HU8 8DE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 14 April 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:30 hours on Monday 13 April 2020
