"That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Joph Young (IP No. 20290) and Conrad Beighton (IP No. 9556) both of Leonard Curtis, 40-41 Foregate Street, Worcester, WR1 1EE be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company."
